Depilatory Waxing.......£150.00 Tuesday 30th March
10am - 5pm. A one day waxing course to introduce this popular highly profitable salon treatment. Emphasis is on the ability of the therapist to perform a confident and competent wax treatment. Waxing will be carried out on the toes, full leg, bikini, stomach (talk through), arms (talk through), underarms, eyebrow & lip using spatula and roller application. Models will be required to arrive by 12.30pm. Students must have some salon experience and client care. Starter kit and lunch included. Whites should be worn.

Indola Creative Colour.......£25.00 Tuesday 4th May
10am - 3pm. Ideal for anyone looking to expand their colouring creativity. This one day course is split into 2 sessions. The morning will cover discussions on current creative colour and fashion trends and the afternoon will be hands on giving you the opportunity to develop your own colouring abilities. Students must have a basic knowledge of colour theory and techniques. You will need a model for the afternoon session to arrive at 12.30. Lunch provided.

Eyelash Perming........£145.00 Monday June 7th

Eyelash Tinting And Eyebrow Enhancement........ £60.00 Monday June 7th
1.30pm - 3.30pm. During this course you will cover: lash and brow tinting, false lash application, contra-indications, preparation, composition of tints, procedure, precautions and medical conditions. Available to beauty therapists/students with at least 1 years client care or beauty salon experience. Models will be required. The course can be combined with Eyelash perming to provide a complete one day Eye Enhancement course. 10% discount if both courses are booked.

Clipper Design .......£120.00 Monday 14th June
10am - 4pm. This fantastic course with Chris Foster, winner of Barber of the Year 2006 & 2007, covers all aspects of design from basics to translating intricate designs into hair styles. The course will cover freehand cutting, 2D and 3D designs along with much inspiration and motivation. Lunch will be provided and models will be needed for the afternoon session.

Advanced Waxing.......£75.00 Tuesday 15th June
10am - 4pm. Learn how to perform advanced waxing techniques including Hollywood and Brazilian waxing using Hive Brazilian Hot film Wax. The new formulations of Hot Film Waxes have the addition of plasticides to help maintain flexibility and aid easy removal therefore causing less discomfort to your clients. Students must be fully qualified in Beauty Therapy or qualified to at least NVQ level 3 and also be very professional, extremely competent and confident in bikini waxing. Models will be required to arrive by 12.30 am. Lunch included.

Marvel-lash Eyelash Extensions........£225.00 Monday 21st June
10am - 4pm Semi-permanent eyelash extensions! Indian Head Massage........£195.00 Tuesday 6th July
10am - 5pm. Learn the ancient ayurvedic healing massage that is performed on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. This wonderful collection of traditional massage movements is a highly requested treatment, more and more people are discovering the benefits of this ancient therapy and the role it can play in helping to relieve stress from today’s modern living. Indian Head Massage is an ideal treatment for salon and mobile therapists to offer as very little equipment is required. Students must be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or hold a recognised body massage qualification. Students must also bring copy of certificate of qualification to the course. Aromatic Facial & Body Blend Kits are included and lunch will be provided.

Balmain Human Hair Extensions - Long Hair.......£60.00 Monday 12th July
10am - 4pm. Only available to those who have attended the 'design' course. This course teaches a complete lengthened extension hairstyle. You will need your design kit, a longhaired head block and 1 long hair treatment pack to enable you to complete this course. Lunch included.
Indola Colour & Cutting Seminar.......£25.00 Tuesday 20th July
10am - 3pm. Sit back, relax and enjoya day's presentation from the Indola team. This course shows current techniques and seasonal trend colours on 2 demonstration models. Delegates should have a basic colour knowledge. Observation only seminar. Lunch provided.

Ear Candling.......£75.00 Monday 4th October
10am - 2pm. Discover pure wellness! This Indian relaxation ceremony calms the mind while soothing the head and ears. Also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy, Ear Candling may help with many conditions and problems associated with the ear, nose and throat. Practical includes Facial Massage and Ear Candling. Wonderful relaxing and beneficial when combined with facial massage, with potentially high profit margins. This course is suitable for all students.

Hot Rocks Stone Therapy........£150.00 Monday 11th October
10 am - 5 pm. Stone therapy is an alternative therapy, which has been part of the eastern world's regime of sciences for thousands of years. Using various new massage techniques and warm stones to relax the body to its deepest level. Stone massage is very effective to create a feeling of well-being, harmony and balance. Stone therapy can also be successfully broken down into parts and used to concentrate on specific problem areas. Students must be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or hold a recognised body massage qualification and must bring copy of certificate of qualification to the course. In addition students must purchase (or have purchased previously) a stone heater and full body stone kit, which will be used during the course. No models required, you will work in pairs. Clippering Fundamentals......£150.00 Monday 18th October
10am - 4pm. This course with Chris Foster, winner of Barber of the Year 2006 & 2007, is suitable even if you have limited experience. It will cover clipper over comb, free hand clippering, fanning, tapering, basic designs, eg tramlines and help on choosing the right clipper and clipper maintenance. Lunch and headblocks will be supplied.

Foil For Beginners.......£80.00
In the morning discuss the benefits of using foil, demonstrate how to section head correctly and see full head colour application using foils. After lunch students have a practical session working on head blocks. All product and head blocks will be provided. 10am - 4pm, lunch included.
Foundation Barbering.......£150.00
10am - 4pm. This course with Chris Foster, winner of Barber of the Year 2006 & 2007, provides an introduction to men's hairdressing enabling delegates to develop core skills which will create a foundation for future barbering techniques. You will also look at how the men's hairdressing market responds to the demands of an ever-changing fashion trends. Lunch and headblocks will be provided.
Introduction To Manicure.......£60.00
10am - 4pm. This course is a must for those who wish to do a nail enhancement course. Orly manicure kit must be purchased £49.95. Nail extensions must be removed before this course. Lunch included.
Elgon Colour Evolution........£100.00
9am - 1pm, introducing the 16 new Elgon chocolate, red,blonde and double pigment shades. This course will help existing users extend the use of Elgon colour to keep up with everchanging fashion trends. Each delegate will be given 1 of each of the new shades, worth £95.00 to take away with them. Models required.
Cutting Basics.......£80.00
10am - 4pm. This course is aimed at the younger hairdresser who has yet to cut hair. After a morning of theory and demonstration, the afternoon session will allow students to create their first basic haircut. All work will be carried out on head blocks which students can then take away with them. Lunch included.
Wella Colour Confidence........£30.00
10am - 1pm, this course will aid you in improving your knowledge and confidence in applying colour. The seminar gives you an opportunity to learn how to achieve better coverage on white hair, overcome colour fade and colour hair without using a shade guide. Each delegate will receive a tube of Koleston Perfect or Colour Touch and a 500ml Wella Developer.
Colouring Techniques........£70.00
9am - 1pm, this course shows alternative ways to apply colour to achieve today's fashion trends. Demonstration will cover spatula, foil and meche applications then students will practice on head blocks provided.
Basic Colour From Kadus........ £45.00
10am - 4pm. Come and take a look at what Kadus colour can do for your salon. With a practical afternoon session you can explore the colour range to suit your models style and personality. Lunch included.
Acrylic Nail Enhancements - Ibd 4 Day Course.....£250.00
10am - 4pm. No previous experience required. This intensive 4 day course will teach you everything you need to know. Kit purchase required £110.00, lunch included.
Pedicure Workshop.......£60.00
10am - 4pm. You are required to purchase a Gena pedicure kit £29.95. Lunch included.
Introduction To Razor Cutting.......£80.00
10am - 4pm. This course is suitable for hairdressers who would like to feel more confident when using the razor in the salon. Morning introduction to the different types of razors on the market followed by a demonstration on a model. Students will need to bring a razor with them or buy one of the ones shown to them on the day. A practical afternoon session with students working on head blocks. Lunch included.
The Art Of Traditional Wet Shaving........£100.00
10.00 am - 4 pm, This course with Chris Foster, winner of Barber of the Year 2006 & 2007, will motivate, excite and inspire every delegate! The course will incorporate traditional techniques on how to use an open razor, hot towels and facial massage using appropriate products and how to avoid shaving injuries! No experience necessary and will incorporate a mock practical training session.
Thai Manicure And Pedicure........£110.00
10 am - 5pm. Available to qualified Beauty Therapists who hold a qualification in Anatomy & Physiology and be experienced in Manicure. You will learn about the history & benefits of this Far Eastern massage technique, how to perform the specialist massage ritual using aromatic oils and a traditional herbal dumpling, client care, contra-indications and marketing strategies. Lunch included. Kits available.
Paraffin Spray Wax.......£75.00
10.30am - 3pm. Revolutionary in concept the Paraffin spray wax system delivers a hygienic and highly effective application of paraffin wax. It is quickly and easily applied making this the perfect system for the busy salon. This system can be used as an anti-ageing treatment, to improve the appearance of stretch marks and burns etc and also as a delux manicure or pedicure. Lunch included. Basic Plus, Colour From Kadus........ £45.00
10am - 4pm. For those who have already attended the basic colour from Kadus course, or for those who already use Kadus, and would like to broaden their knowledge and become more ambition and confident with the colour. This course will also cover colour correction. Models will be needed for a practical afternoon session. Lunch included.
Long Hair Workshop.......£75.00
10am - 4pm. This couse is suitable for students with at least a level 2 qualification who wish to expand their knowledge and ability to produce contemprary styles with a fashion twist. A long hair training head will be provided and can be taken away with you. Lunch included.
