Lavender promotes relaxation and cell renewal, peppermint refreshes, cools and invigorates the feet whilst tea tree is renowned for its antibacterial properties. Massage into the foot concentrating on any hard skin around the heel and ball of the foot. Remove with damp sponges, steamed towels or mitts.
