Returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Carriage of replacement items may be at buyers cost. Due to strict hygiene regulations the Seller cannot accept return of scissors, clippers, razors and any other items that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition, except if the goods are faulty. 

Goods returned which have been damaged due to poor packaging by the Buyer will not be credited in full. The return of any unwanted items must be made by a traceable method and the refund will incur a 10% handling charge. 

Your Statutory Rights are not affected. Also note all Balmain goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods

Our excellent rate of perfectly picked orders makes us proud.

However, if there happens to be an occasion in which we send out an incorrect item, please let us know by sending an email over to customerservices@gilmor.co.uk including the following:

  • Your name and order number.
  • The incorrect item(s) received and the item(s) expected.
  • Attach clear photos of the incorrect item(s) received.

  • As soon as we have investigated why you have received an incorrect item we will respond with the most appropriate resolution.

    We take extra care in making sure orders arriving safely and securely packaged.

    In the unlikely event of an order arriving damaged, please report this by sending an email to customerservices@gilmor.co.uk including the following:

  • Your name, order number and the name of the damaged item(s).
  • A description of the damage to the item(s).
  • Attach 1 or more clear photos of the damage.

  • Although damage has been caused please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging as we endeavour to investigate this issue and resolve it for you as soon as possible.

    Shortages & Damages:

    Goods must be inspected on receipt and all claims for shortages or damages must be made by the Buyer to the Seller within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and confirmed via e-mail within 24 hours.
